I would like to have an appointment to discuss the P-shot therapy. I am diabetic and have used PDE5 inhibitors since 2004 but they have become progressively less effective even at higher doses over the years. I have had a triple CABG in July 2016 and although my diabetes is under better control, the ED has worsened. Vacuum pump does allow an erection to occur but I do not feel that this is the best method for intercourse. I use a Soma Respknse 2 unit as exercise to in build blood vessels but I feel that the only long term step is either vascular surgery of shockwave therapy. I now have severe ED even when taking 5 mg Cialis daily. Some nocturnal erections do occur but not sufficient for intercourse.. I would ,I ke to know if you can help me find a solution short of implants.
